I came across this on the sidewalk the other day and had to snap it. It’s such a short and powerful sentence. It reminded me of one of my favorite Emerson quotes:
” Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful, we must carry it with us, or we find it not.”
When we’re traveling, we are often searching for something – a new restaurant, an incredible view, or a way to touch history. Yet it’s so important that no matter what kind of journey you are on, you don’t lose your soul. When traversing the far corners of the world, you have to make sure to fully take yourself with you. We are all weird and unique and quirky and amazing, and you should bring all those parts of you when traveling.
